Our Story
CBD HOLDING began as a Hong Kong holding platform in 2014, created to connect Chinese enterprises and investors with opportunities in the Middle East. In 2016 we launched our Dubai operating platform with accounting and tax services — the foundation of the group's professional services business.
Since then the group has grown into four businesses — accounting, tax & audit; LINKSMART business expansion; BUNYAN GRAND hotel investment; and Silk Road Catering — with a 2026 flagship strategy: Super Ecosystem co-creation in Oman.
